CONSTRUCTION 1. Current-carrying conductor – copper, single-wire, flexibility class 1 as per GOST 22483. 2. Thermal Barrier – wrapping of two mica tapes. 3. Insulation – low fire-hazard polyvinylchloride elastron. 4. Twisting – inslulated cable conductors are twisted. Cables have digital or colored marking of all insulated conductors making it possible to identify each conductor during installation. With colored marking, the color of digits differs from the color of conductor insulation. Colored marking is solid or in the form of longitudinal tapes of at least 1 mm wide. 5. Separating layer – (for cables, types КВВГЭнг(А)-FRLS, КВБбШвнг(А)-FRLS) – low fire hazard PVC elastron 6. Shield – (for cables, types КВВГЭнг(А)-FRLS) – as a wrapping of copper foil or copper tape, with nominal thickness of at least 0.06 mm, overlapped. 7. Armor – (for cables, type КВБбШвнг(А)-FRLS) – two galvanized steel tapes. 8. Outer Sheath – low fire hazard PVC elastron. For cables in tropical version, letter «Т» with a hyphen is added to the cable type designation. For cables in cold-resistant version, letters «ХЛ» with a hyphen are added to the cable type designation |
