Our copper plant that has a few examples in the world and that is unique in Turkey was established in Çorlu in 2009 next to our low voltage and medium voltage plants.

Coppers that come to our copper plant as cathodes are melted at 1250-1300 degrees and converted into liquid copper. In our plant working with UPCAST ​​method, the cathodes are converted into 8 mm 12 mm and 16 mm copper wire rods with a 99,99% purity for use within our cables. In our plant making production using cutting edge technology copper may be thinned down to 0,1mm2 which is the thickness of a hair strand.
